MC Allen, Texas told me that my case can be filed, and re opened also he also told me that I need to fill out an application to appeal my deportation case from the u.s.a because I never signed any voluntary deportation the original medical records are filed at Vernon State Hospital Vernon, Texas 11-20-92 even the doctors there were surprised and they never understand why I was there in a mental hospital because in their final evaluation of my case records they agreed that I was not mentally ill, a normal person, and

for me it was very hard to be in a mental health hospital because in this
hospital you see a lot of sad cases, and I was a normal male not mentally
ill, in fact the short time I was there they never give
any medication for mental illnes, and the doctors staff they made a lot
of questions why I was sent
there they told me you pass all the mentally competente exams with good
grades.
right now I am seeking for employment at the maquiladora industry
maquilas us mexico twin plants as a purchasing agent materials
departments too.
